- Coordination from/to various levels of care (residential, Intensive Outpatient Programs, etc.)
What to Expect
When you complete a contact form, our intake specialist will reach out to you via email to coordinate an initial appointment with one of our specialized providers. You will receive a response a minimum of two business days after completing the contact form.
Once the appointment is established, the intake coordinator will send you paperwork as well as an email with logistics for your appointment. Paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to the appointment in order for the appointment to be confirmed.
The initial appointment is typically one hour. You and your provider will collaborate on how frequently you will meet moving forward.
